Prentiss Butler was born and raised in Alcorn County. She graduated from Corinth High School in 2002 and went on to attend Mississippi State University, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2006. After graduation, Prentiss was employed by a Fortune 500 company for 5 years before she obtained her Real Estate License in 2012. Prentiss has been married to Bo Butler for 15 years, and they have one son Bowlin (13). At Bailey Williams Realty we know Experience Matters and with 12 years experience, Prentiss has the expertise needed to help guide clients in an ever changing real estate market. Prentiss also thinks it is important to be able to assist her clients in a larger geographical area, which is why she is licensed in both Mississippi and Tennessee. Prentiss believes relationships are very important in the real estate business and she will strive to create a relationship that is built on trust and confidence. Whether buying or selling, Prentiss is committed to meeting all of the needs of her clients. Prentiss is very active in her Local, State, and National Realtor Associations. She believes that part of serving her clients is being actively involved in the issues arising in the industry and fighting for the property rights of home owners through association work. In addition to Realtor Association work, Prentiss is also active in her local community as a volunteer.
